  1. Switch 2.0 is a useful print utility for Windows 3.1 that runs as 
  2. an icon.  By clicking on Switch 2.0's icon, the default printer's 
  3. orientation, duplexing, default bin/tray and number of copies can 
  4. be changed.  Double clicking the icon or selecting the printer 
  5. from the popup menu changes the default printer.  Switch 2.0 also 
  6. prints all files that are dropped onto it and supports aliasing of 
  7. printer and bin names.

  9. Benefits to registered users include a free upgrade to Switch 2.1
  10. (when available), color documentation, a password to enable use of 
  11. saved configs and free technical support.  The registration cost 
  12. for Switch 2.0 is $15 (US Currency, Checks, or Money Orders Only).
  13. Switch can also be registered via Compuserve's SWREG forum -- the 
  14. Registration ID is 2539.

  16. Switch 2.0 includes a copy of BWCC.DLL that MUST be placed in the 
  17. WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.  An install batch file is provided to 
  18. help with this.  The correct syntax is:

  20. INSTALL [Name of Install Directory] [Name of WINDOWS Directory]
  21.  
  22. The [Name of Install Directory] must exist.
